- Customer Registration with Al Mirqab Exchange Co. W.L.L can only be activated based on compliance / KYC norms of Qatar.
- Customers with less than 18 years of age are not allowed to register or avail our Online Services
- Legal persons* are not allowed to register or avail our Online Services
- Our online services are available only for individuals residing in Qatar and physically present within the State of Qatar at the time of availing the services. Further, only individuals with a valid Qatar Identification Document can avail these services.
- The customer will be responsible for maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of the login credentials and is liable for all transactions and activities that occur under the customer number and login credentials including any unauthorized use or misuse of the customer number and/or login credentials. AL Mirqab Exchange Co WLL shall have no obligation to verify the authenticity of any such transaction or activity.
- For your security, do not share your username, password, OTPs (One-Time Passwords), or any personal security credentials with anyone. Al Mirqab Exchange will never ask for your username, password, OTP, or PIN via phone calls, emails, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, please treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately at 44886651.
- AL Mirqab Exchange Co. W.L.L Prohibits remittances to Charitable and Non-profit Organizations.
- Only remittance service is available to customers through online mode currently
- Third Party authorisation is not permitted in our online services
- AL Mirqab Exchange Co. W.L.L does not accept third party payments in online platform and reserves the right not to process your transaction in case of payments through cards belonging to a third party other than you.
- The user agrees to provide true, accurate, complete, and current information as given in the registration form on our online application and update this information from time to time to keep it updated, complete, accurate and true. The user further confirms that the source, purpose and relationship as declared in the transaction is accurate and the transaction is not intended for any sort of Money Laundering/ Terrorist financing or other illegal activities. If it comes to the knowledge of AL Mirqab Exchange Co. W.L.L that the details provided by the user is untrue, inaccurate, not up to date or incomplete, AL Mirqab Exchange Co. W.L.L reserves the right to cancel / reject the registration or any pending transactions.
- Customer responsibility to enquiries: The Customer is bound to provide any information or additional documents requested by AL Mirqab Exchange Co. W.L.L at any time before or after the transaction has been processed. In case the information provided by the Customer is delayed and as a result, the funds are held or delayed by the banks or remittance is withheld or blocked by a beneficiary or intermediary bank or by AL Mirqab Exchange Co. W.L.L. because of the internal policy of AL Mirqab Exchange Co. W.L.L. and/ or international and national financial regulations or sanctions, AL Mirqab Exchange Co. W.L.L. shall not be held accountable for any losses incurred by the Customer.
- Transaction may be rejected on various grounds viz. compliance issues, technical issues, regulatory instructions, mistake in the beneficiary details, etc. The right to reject a transaction is at the discretion of AL Mirqab Exchange Co. W.L.L
